  • Creating Mindfulness and Serenity in the Workplace Self-Care and Wellbeing

    In the hustle and bustle of daily working at home and in the office, it is difficult to stay focused because of so many distractions.  The art of mindfulness has been a lifesaver for so many companies and individuals.  Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present and aware of what you are doing, despite what is happening around you.  As a champion of mindfulness, self-care, and CEO of V12 Yoga Studio, Veronica, shares life changing strategies that create space for internal workings of the mental, emotional, and physical expression of how to integrate calm and serenity into the work day to increase productivity and happier employees. This session can be customized for each audience and time allowed. The experiences create a safe and fun space for all to practice and implement with ease.     According to Pew research, there are about 60.5 million people of Hispanic origin were living in the U.S. In is projected that by 2060, it is projected that the Hispanic population will reach the 111.22 million which is a significant factor in U.S. population growth.  Due to this population growth, Hispanic consumers have become the most important driver of growth in a wide variety of consumer expenditure categories.  Learning how to attract Latino consumers not only helps to increase your bottom line, it makes good business sense.  In this session, Veronica shares insightful research on how the Latino contribution to the new main street economy is good for business. You will gain and understanding on cultural currency and strategies for attracting the Latino leadership and consumers.
